SOCIAL WORK SUPERVISION
As new graduates from Social Work programs start their journey of accruing their licensure hours, I can provide both individual and group supervision. Working with others impacts us personally and supervision plays a strong role as we hone our problem solving and clinical skills. I practice a relaxed and collaborative approach to supervision. I believe people learn best when they are supported and challenged through their own clinical experiences in order to better understand their own work and become stronger clinicians.
My areas of clinical experience includes homelessness, family practice, foster care, residential care, and those with substance use disorders. I tend to utilize approaches ranging from humanistic through post-modern.
